What We Collect, and Why.

We only collect what you type into a form on this site. The forms are:

• Contact form: name, email, phone, whether you own land, budget range, county, and your message.
• Financing form: name, email, phone, county, budget, timeline, and whether you own land.
• Find Land request: name, email, phone, budget, county, and what you are looking for.
• Land Feasibility Review request: name, email, phone, county, and details about the lot.
• Sell Your Land form: name, email, phone, county, and details about your land.
• Cost-to-Build Guide download: name, email, phone (optional), and county.
• Save this search & get alerts: name, email, phone, and your county, price, and acreage choices.
• Private (unlisted) land list signup on the home page: name, email, and county of interest.
• "Interested in this lot?" form on a listing page: name, phone, email, your message, and which listing you asked about.

With each form we also record that you agreed to be contacted, the date and time, and the version of the consent wording you saw.

The chat assistant on this site answers from a fixed list of questions inside your browser. What you type there is not sent to us or stored.

We use your information to answer your inquiry, send you what you asked for (such as the cost guide or land alerts), and provide real estate and home building services. We may contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry, as described on each form.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only in these cases:

• With the service providers that run this website: our hosting and database provider, which stores form submissions, and our email provider, which sends us an alert email for each submission.
• With Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage, as required for real estate transactions.
• When required by law.

Property listings on this site come from FMLS through IDX and are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Listings are loaded from the FMLS feed when you view them; we do not store them. Maps on listing pages use OpenStreetMap, which loads map images from its servers.

If you believe an FMLS listing infringes your copyrighted work, see the FMLS DMCA policy.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how people find the site. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. We do not send your form entries or listing addresses to Google Analytics.

We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels.

We keep form submissions so we can follow up on your inquiry and keep a record of our conversations. To see the information we have about you, or to ask us to delete it, email newhomeinformation@gmail.com. To stop texts, reply STOP.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
