The Build
Brea sits on acreage with its own pond, and we built the house to earn that setting. It is a modern farmhouse with the volume and the porches to hold a large lot. The interior leans warm and confident: a kitchen anchored by green cabinetry, an open living core, and a primary suite that treats the bath as a room, not an afterthought. This is a Compass home built for people who wanted land first and a house that lived up to it.
